Servicing and planned maintenance
We work with busy clients, both individuals and organisations, all of whom have better things to do than monitor their water treatment systems, checking for when their next service is due! We keep a record in our secure service database, so we know when your planned service date is coming up. A member of the team will contact you by post or email to let you know, and we’ll arrange a convenient time to carry out the service.
Our database uses algorithms to calculate when any chemical your system uses will need replenishing, and we’ll let you know. If your system uses specialist filters, we’ll keep track of water quality so that we can let you know when your filter needs to be replaced.
In short, we’ll take care of it all, making life as simple as possible for you.
If our engineer finds something else on the system that needs attention, they will advise you immediately, and either fix the problem there and then with your approval, or provide you with an advisory notification so that you can get the job done at your convenience. We’ll make sure you know exactly what your system needs in order to keep functioning properly.
Emergency callouts when things go wrong
Even a properly maintained system can develop faults over time, and should that happen to you, we’ll be there to get things sorted. Contact us as soon as you become aware of the problem, and we’ll be with you as quickly as possible. If it is out of hours, just leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Our breakdown callout service is available 7 days a week, and our service customers are provided with emergency callout telephone numbers.
